Greetings everyone! I'd like to help get the word out about the annual patient and family conference that is being held in Boston, MA November 4-6, 2011. It's being presented by the Graves' Disease & Thyroid Foundation.
What is it? It's a great place for patients & family members to come together to:
1) hear medical experts talk about the latest in treatment options, symptoms, and coping strategies
2) participate in Q&A sessions with Graves' Disease experts
3) network with other patients, family members and medical experts
